::Diving Lesson::
Today was my practical lesson as a beginner for leisure diving. Is is quite fun when u are with ur wet gear, mask and diving equipment on. But when you get down of the water the feeling is totally different. Different as in you got to breathe differently carrying ur oxygen tank and regulator in ur mouth. Everyone was tryin to get "used to" the using of just the mouth to inhale n exhale normally without using the nose. Read up diving book n u wil know why in more detail hee..The 1st stage was clearing of mask which needs to concentrate on ur exhaling of air from ur nose when u lift a bit of ur mask to clear the water inside whenever there is foggy and may obstract a clear view. The 1st attempt everyone didnt make it cus it was still new to us. But subsequently as we get hold of the skil we r able to do it hee. Really need to focus n think. The instructor say there is no right or wrong if you feel it is comfortable to do it at ur own way but some may need advance professional training. But through out the lesson Eddy our instructor name always remind us the most important 1st step MUS BE " Ai Zai" (hokkien) meaning be steady and calm . Dont panic or feel stress. Well his funny cus mayb he don wan us to feel pressure during the training. Yet i agree tat one mus be calm inorder to think and perform the right skill when u r at a lost. Dont every feel panic or scared if not everyting will goes wrong bcus of ur anxiety. Hope the actual day will run smoothly for me although is a challenge n exposure to the big sea. Yet as a new diver we may somehow feel a bit excited when we are goin to see the sea marine life haha.Hope tat day i'm able to pass my theory test too so sian hav to study-_-" If anyone of u really interested and have the money n time pls let me know i can always help u guys fix everything.
